I live in Vancouver and I flagpoled at Peace Arch last week Friday. It was pretty straight forward and the officer was very approachable and helpful. It took us only about 20 minutes.

I am from a visa exempt country so there was no ppr. I just got COPR in the mail a week after dm. Thanks.
