Thanks for the reply. did your mom got the medical request becuase to my knowledge Multiple entry does not mean its SuperVisa, you can get Multiple on TRV as well.

Hi.. i this was Super visa you must have submitted the PP at VAC Karachi when submitting the application. not sure if it is Super Visa, to me your application is for just Visitor visa/

Sorry to hear, if i have been in your place i would have order ATIP notes. from there you can get Notes written by officer on the file. You might get some clue out of it. Regards
