when i called cic they say the next letter will be for appointment including the instructions to pay for the RPRF that you will need to bring on the appointment date. I was also told you can apply in advance before you receive the letter.- pmchua

I just checked my application online and there's A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE on the last part. Im waiting for the appointment letter now. I submitted my application October 2012- pmchua
