did you get any reply for above question? I have to pay fees for adding spouse also. but online portal only contains Express Entry-Adding Spouse dependent. NOT FSW.. did you sent any email to LVO? kindly let me knw if you get any clear answer.

I need more time to submit documents for adding spouse in my application. Does LVO extends the 45 days time limit for document submission? LBM is my visa officer .

not yet... probably will have to wait for 2 months more... bcz now the average wait from PER to MR is 120 days :(

and also asked them in Dec about the status of application and re-applying on Jan 2015.. but got reply that you cant send another application till this one is in processing... else could have applied again.... totally unfair.

Its Sinp, what can we do now?? the funds were only less for a couple of weeks in june, and we also send bank statement again in January for last 5 months... we kept the funds till now. but they have rejected anyway :(
