I submitted my PCC along with the 2nd stage docs in 2010 October. (PCC were dated 2010 July) after that VO never asked me for updated PCC for the same countries I have lived. But 2 months back they have asked PCC from the current country I am residing which I never submitted before. Thanks, Aran
