    Jan 14. 2013 applicant is still waiting for landing paper, is this normal?

    Hi Guys, I am a Jan 14,2013 applicant. I have done the medical exam on Dec 5, 2013 and the RPRF was withdrawed by CIC few days later then. The CEC online status still shows Medical Results have been received until NOW. I also wrote two emails to CPP- Ottawa, and never get any feedback yet...
