Hi to all members, I have one question, if your application gets refused and you paid RPRF, do they refund your money?? It is logical to think that if you dont get a permanent resident status you don't have to pay for it right??

I am a June 2010 applicant and have been in this forum since then, Last week i got the refusal letter from the embassy the reasons, The work experince letters form all the companies I have worked with did not satisfied the officer, what a piss poor excuse!!

You are right I paid before anything, maybe because I was sure that possesing a Job offer and having experience aworking in Canada would give me a PR. So how can I get my money back? is there a form that I have to fill up??
