    Re: BOWP query. Please Help! You can file BOWP without LMO also, I have done last year. Not sure which forms I filled but there was an option to select open work permit. In attachment section I wrote a letter stating AOR and status of my application.

    I don't know how CIC is working I paid upfront RPRF on 19 Jan and today my status changed to In Process. Also a line got added "We started processing your application on January 20, 2015." I am guessing they were waiting for RPRF fee. Thanks to all people who advised me to pay upfront RPRF fee.

    I also faced same situation when I went to Dr and he created a UMI as he was unable to find IME. Initially my status was also blank however after sending 3 emails to CIC they updated Medicals have been received. I completed medicals on 28 Aug and no progress after that on my file.

    You can apply for GCMS notes which will be available 30 days after the date you apply them. You can search this forum about how to apply them. You are not the only one there are many including me who did their medicals in Aug/Sept and no RPRF/PPR.

    My eligibility is Recommend passed since 14 Aug don't know what they are doing. Just received new GCMS notes. No update since 14 Aug, just the acknowledgement of the email I sent for my medicals and change of employer.

    On 30th day you will get the notes and if you don't receive send email to atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca with your temporary request number. To be on safer side also give your UCN & ARN numbers.

    I am also in same boat sent three emails and 1 mail still no response from them. I received MR on 15 Aug Doctor confirmed he submitted report on 11 Sept still nothing changed in status it is still Application Received and no RPRF .
