Same is the case with my friend, he is also confused about this, he already has ECA done from MCC but only for his mbbs degree only, what about FCPS ? if somebody has relevant information, please share or is it ok to apply as specialist surgeon noc 3111 with this ECA (only graduation)

http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp You can show a bank draft , travelers cheques , money order , cash , stocks , bonds , debentures , treasury bills , cash etc . I am not sure if they will just accept a bank statement ...you can always get a bank draft & after showing it...
