Try consulting right away an immigration lawyer. Same thing happened to me last May 2015. After getting the PR refusal, my friend recommend me her lawyer. And from there, the lawyer was able to win the case. Goodluck buddy!

Hi, is there anybody who had the same situation like mine. I just received my PR card all by itself. I was so excited to open the envelope from CIC but it only has my Card. We did both our landing in Toronto Airport last Jan 2016. Is it normal because im the principal applicant or a mistake made...

Your employer needs to apply you for an LMIA for supervisorial level. And When you apply for Work permit too, you should indicate that the position is a supervisor

Hi. You needed to provide a letter of explanation and tell them that you've been separated long time. You dont need to include him in your application. That's as far as I know. Try to wait for some advices too from the Seniors in this forum . :)

When I got my PPR, CIC didnt request for passport pics. They only requested for 1. Passport 2. Copy of letter that I received from my email 3. Return envelope. Do I wait for a pic request?
