It is not past 5 years. It is 5 years of PR card issued or every 5 years. I stayed in Canada for 3.5 years of first 5 years and then left. So my absence of 3.5 years is actually 1.5 years from first 5 years and 2 years of next 5 years. I still had 3 years from these 5 years to meet residency...

Today around 3PM EST , I got the oath email with instructions and link to join. There is no change in tracker and all the fields are still same.

Exactly same status as yours in old and new tracker. Old tracker's status looks good :)

I also left Canada after filling my application and stayed in my country for 3.5 years. Multiple people do that. There is no rule to stay in country after filing citizenship application. Only condition is if IRCC ask you to be back in country for any step in process(like test, interview, oath)...

I think if most the fields are marked completed then they will consider our request. But there is no harm in sending email

In my case, Prohibitions is showing “In progress” while other fields(Language skills, Physical presence, Citizenship test and Background verification) are marked completed. Do you also have other fields marked completed? I have sent web-form for now.
