i told them that i dont hav copy of my pasport and i also told them that cic email states to take nic or pasport but they are saying to contact chc they will email you scane copy of yur passport

i got medical examination email today. i dont have photocopy of my pasport i called medical examination centre for an appointment but they are asking me to bring passport copy as well plz suggest what can i do now . :(
