I am not sure if they will be able to help you because you are far from the 1 year deadline. Also because you have plans to travel out of the country I dont think they will process your application urgently. You should probably renew your PR or get a temporary travel document to travel outside...

Sorry friend. This is the same situation for many people. They wont entertain you even if you contact them, until it is more than a year from the day they received your application.

I checked ECAS after the email was delivered and I didnt see any updates there. Usually it updates in a day or two after I get the email. Noticed the same behaviour for test date.

My file should be in Toronto and I never moved from Toronto in the last 5 years. But my test was in Scarborough and my oath is scheduled in Mississauga. I guess they trying to clear the backlog by filling gaps in an around Toronto.

hi Folks, I am part of the Dec 2017 applicants. I would like to know if any of you approached CIC through the Webform if you are in DM stage and you havent received Oath invite yet. Can you tell me how was the response and how long did they take to give a response.

Is there anyone who has crossed the one year date since they have applied and they have contacted CIC. Did you get any updates from them ?
