I think it is normal to have concerns or questions as the immigration regulation changes from time to time. And that is why we are using this forum. We are just trying to prepared for the process.

I had the same concern about the flag polling and I just landed at border without a us visa so don't worry, you will be able to do that.

Hi all, Anyone who just land at border without a US visa? Can we do that now? I searched online and found a thread in Feb 2014 saying that the rule has been changed and we can't land without a US visa anymore. Any input will be valuable. Thanks guys.

Hi there, I think the best thing to do is to refill all the forms but you can use all the support documents if thet y are not expired. I have a question though - are you applying through CEC? I don't think university degree is necessary for CEC. You may want to check it again to see what is...
