as per cic an international Student can work maximum 20 hours per week. However, on ground students are working upto 24 hours and employers say they can as normally shift if of 8 hours. I didn’t find any authentic proof in support of 24 hours limit. Any one has any idea?

Do check the rules of the province that you r going. You will have to apply to respective district school board and they will determine your child’s eligibility for government funded free education.

You already have your name on her Passport. Beside nikkah Nama it’s better to get computerised marriage certificate from NADRA. In addition you can have FRC from NADRA which will show your parents, siblings and spouse names. That will be more than sufficient

Congratulations! Your financial establishment level and extensive travel history especially the USA made it possible. I also got visa with family despite huge study gap, b.com 1998, MA 2006-8. So one should not loose hope but try to improve one’s case with strong SOP and Documents.
