emailed ottopilot today. they replied within one hour. mentioned no need of any docs or information and its in queue for final review. but cant give me a specific date for decision. All i can do is keep waiting. that was a quick response from ottopilot.

damn CIC and damn KL5210 ottoPilot replied decition in new years. i think they are still living in 2013. hate this. its been almost 5 months in process. since august 14. I think they sm***d my file.
