Follow up guys for anyone in same boat finally got my PCC applied Aug 12 and received on Sept 21. Going to the Toronto consulate did speed track the process a bit.

It's crazy I went to collect my Canadian passport which BLS said I could do. But the embassy is like no we cannot do that you just have to wait. Told me I should get the pcc this week but nothing yet it's been 5 weeks

Any one Canadian and applied for foreign PCC, I stayed in India for more than 6 months abd I need it for work it's been 4 weeks and no update. If any one has any insights

It's a foriegn pcc so I didn't have to create that

I just have the BLS portal nothing to check on embassy side, at BLS portal it says processing at Indian consulate

it still says application received don't worry

I got a call to fly before the 18th of march or get an xray exam to extend the entry time I wont be able to fly by then, my question is would they give me the passport back and i have to go for another medical or just an xray and i can still pick up the passport early
