A small update, Today I recieved the Certificate of Canadian Citizenship after 10 days of my oath, I noticed the certificate was issued in Niagara Falls - IRCC office, that means Niagara office is wehre my application was processed and Kitchener office didn't do any thing.

If you both applied together, then yes, you should use one device for both of you, if you both applied separately, then I think no, each one of you should have different device because each one will have a separate invitation link

I'm from Kitchener and I had my oath yesterday, I noticed the IRCC officer for this ceremony was from Niagara, there were 47 candidates , so I'm assuming that not all candidates are from Kitchener. I think there are others from southern Ontario offices as well
