Still no news. Submitted CSQ (dossier complete, I think) mid Nov 2013. No AOR yet. Should I call? Immigration Quebec updated their processing time. Apps within Quebec from Nov '12 now being finalised = 15 months delay.

Thanks! I took French in high-school in the UK and although I'd forgotten most of it when I arrived here I practiced a lot, especially the first year. I also read a lot which helps.
