I have looked all over the Vicroads website to find out how to get a letter saying I have never had a Victorian licence. All I can find is how to get a drivers history when you have a victorian licence.

It is really very easy now compared to what it used to be. It's all online and takes less than a week to get one. The drivers history check for Vic and Qld. What if you lived in Vic but always had a NSW license. Would you still need a drivers check?
