Hello RV25 I believe, it won't make any difference to them either u send it or u don't. Coz physician always update it to CIC within 2 days. But at the same time their shouldn't b any harm in updating them with ur receipt for ur own satisfaction. It's totally ur own will.

At the bottom of ur medical reassessment email, it's clearly mentioned applicants don't reply to this email. Only panel physicians will update ndvo with the medical. I'm copy pasting the same from our medical request for ur reference. Hope that helps. Good luck *FOR PANEL PHYSICIANS PLEASE...
