Yes I did ask them to use urgent processing method and filled out a form. I guess they didn't fell like my reason was strong enough for them to consider it urgent so got back on 26th and left us on 27th.

I was told by my mail room service guy that in 8 years he has not seen once that USPS overnight really works as overnight. It is almost always a day late. So express can be even slower.
