I have been told that the emails go to a dedicated inbox according to the subject line, which should be your application no. After that, the documents are forwarded to the relevant departments/individuals working on the application. They do not confirm the receipt of the documents on that email id.

Yes, the SGPA and CGPA are listed on both mark-sheets. Its just like individual mark-sheets just small in size and are fitted on one page, that's it.
