Valid grounds for an urgent processing request

Yeah, that's why I'm asking. It's too loose of a requirement. I hope that my former ties to the company make my case. I'll also try to get something from the company to back me up before I submit a request.

Valid grounds for an urgent processing request

Well my ex-manager knows about my situation so I don't have an offer. It's a bit of a catch-22. Also on IRCC website it says: To apply for urgent processing, you must be eligible to apply for citizenship and have an emergency, such as: needing Canadian citizenship to: apply for a job avoid...

Valid grounds for an urgent processing request

I worked at a certain high tech company last summer as an intern. The company has contracts with the military and requires type II security clearance for full-time hires. I currently have a good shot at landing a position with them, however because of my citizenship, I virtually have no chance...

    October 11th 2017 - Citizenship Applicants under 3/5 rule

So I'm real pissed. Not only did my AOR take 7 months! now I'm stuck in "In process" Here's my timeline. If my application exceeds the 12 months time set by CIC (which seems very likely at this point) can they expedite my application or is it all talk? We received your application for Canadian...

    April 2018 - Citizenship Applicant

Not blaming the employees here, I'm sure they were swamped. But having one processing centre for the entire country is ridiculous.

    April 2018 - Citizenship Applicant

    October 11th 2017 - Citizenship Applicants under 3/5 rule

I did! And they're useless! All they did was contact the minister's office, and when the minister's office confirmed that my application has been received. I was told to wait because "under 12 months is normal". Such nonsense! I really hope my second application will be acknowledged soon
