Employer had interview last Thursday so 5 days tomorrow of processing since then (excl Monday public holiday) His lawyer is confident it will be approved this week but since it's Friday there tomorrow I'm not that sure about the timing or even his confidence its a yes. Want to prepare ourselves...

The way I read this was that you can use an existing LMIA to go through express entry from TFW to PR. I didn't see that it said it "had" to be a dual intent LMiA unless it was for someone who wasn't already in the country and you wanted them to be a TFW while they wait for PR decision then you...
