Hi @Drizzy, yeah you fill out the form as if you are your parent (main applicant). I used my own account and have my parents to sign a form to authorize me as representative. Hope this helps.

Hi Alokuk692, you'll have to fill out the form as if you were your parents. e.g. when mentioning relationship you'll have to write son/daughter instead of parents. Basically put yourself into your parents' shoes.
