If you submitted your passport in nov may be you will get it this month last or next month. because for me they took even pp request three months... also see the timeline...

hi, i don't have idea about there but check with dhl, ups, couriers, if you can sent it otherwise send with relatives or friends who is going to india and your wife can submit all your pp through vfs from india... still you need to wait for some months or may be if you have luck can get within...
