thanks for reply, but i was told that because of a strike action it is getting delayed, and i guess some1 from this forum told me that the normal time line is 11 months from passport request, so i have to wait and ther's no other option.

Hi There My ecas shows application received on November 2012 and medical received. we sent passport to NDVO in march 2013, after that we sent another police clearance certi. upon their request ( can you imagine police clearance issuance without a passport?) and still no reply or status updates!
