If her son is canadian citizen and her son and husband are staying backhome... then she can file child abduction case against her husband and can request CIC to cancel her

I think your son is not Canadian citizen... then in that case if you will get success to canel your husband's PR then the law back home wont allow you to relocate your son in Canada because your son is citizen of backhome country and parents also citizen of that country. As other member already...

Nothing at all... usually people say... the status change to DM Next day after test. Not in my case....

True.. most frustrating part is that I am here in Canada since 2009.... never gone back to my home country except few visits in the States...

No man... not everyone... only some elite class people needs to submit the finger prints. ... ;)

For me..its now 15+ months ... based on call center agent my was transferred to Scarborough from Missisuaga in the month of Nov 2018. But till now its under IN PROCESS status... Any guess... for test invite.....?
