well. my application just changed from "your documents were received " to "We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details." but there is nothing on the message area and haven't received any email

I think that's your interpretation not an actual fact If you call the CIC they ask your AOR date and based on that date they tell you when is expected for your application to be completed

Is that's accurate? CIC processing times mentions 6 month(s) Once you have submitted a complete application package. so i think AOR is the date to be aware of .
