Hi, I am in the same boat, submitted supporting documents along with application as my employer refused to provide reference letter. I know it's a hard situation, but let's hope for the best. I am March 2013 applicant waiting for further updates/process from VO.

Hi YoungJC, Thank you. My WP was extended and I have provided the extension package documents along with the application which has my role, responsibilities and hours etc..
