That's not right; they shouldn't keep people's passport that long. what if they need it for some reason.

Hi friends We finally received PPR today. We provided the additional proof back in November 2016. It took them over 3 months to get back to us. Question for Dakar resident: did you send your passport via courier or did you hand deliver it? Thank you
