It is odd that he is an August applicant and they have already reviewed his file. They might be changing the way they do things alright. Would love if they have already reviewed all July applicant and just sending out MR's based on the date they applied.

Yes, the processing time are completely different. The time that you do your medicals is also different. I would say post in the AINP forum and people can help you there. In other words we speak a different language here.

Hours of full time work per week and you should state your salary on your reference letter however I believe think salary is a requirement for CEC? I'm sure it needs to be in range but not a definitive requirement like job duties...

I applied on Jan 24th so expecting them roughly around Feb 24th. Will post when I receive them.
