My SA Letter does not mention any Visa office. I know people are saying it's Ottawa but when I call IRCC they said the file is in Sydney and has not been sent to any visa office yet. How do we know the Visa office?

Does your status change online to: approved on 13 when it says intransit to BLS in 13th.? Or you never know if it is approved or rejected until you get the passport?

They will give you a seat number once you join the meeting. It is irrelevant to be honest in a virtual ceremony and I did not use it anywhere and they also never mention it. So just ignore. Even on the form to sign, where it says seat number you can leave it blank.

Try to use the one you have on all the documents. Specially how it is on the Certificate you receive. I have similar situation where all documents I do not have Given name.
