ODDLY, According to University of Regina, they operate on 3 semester/yr basis and they have declared in their website that students have to be enrolled in all 3 semesters (2 full time and 1 part time) and none of 3 semesters is scheduled break there LOL. Exactly! This is such an awesome news for me and everyone who came in Jan 2014. I can put my summer holidays to some pretty good use now and gather more local experience. I would still like to call CIC and cross-confirm.

Check the link I posted above. The link was update last week by CIC clarifying that new rules apply on everyone... both new and old students with few exceptions for those who are stuck with wrong colleges or co-op stuff.

It took me exact 15 WORKING DAYS (exclude weekends and easter holidays). I don't know the present scenario but u should get it by first week of may.
