Quick update - I have received message that they have dispatched my package from New Delhi. PP submitted on August 28 and dispatched on September 15.

I raised query through webform-New Delhi and they replied. Please make sure to include your UCI, File number or any letter from them. Also, include the consent form if you are not the principal applicant.

Usually it takes 15 working days (Mon to Fri). Even if you add additional time for dispatching you should be fine. This is surprising! I emailed high commision re my PP submission and they replied next day with suffecient information.

Hopefully they will get back with PR paperwork and visa stamp soon. Mine is in process since August 28. Over two weeks now. I have also raised query both with VFS and IRCC. Hopefully they complete the process soon. Please let me know if you get to hear anything from them.

I have submitted passport for COPR and visa stamp on August 28 through VFS. It was received and in process in New Delhi. Still waiting for them to dispatch with stamp. Did you email or follow up with them?
