I owe everyone an update because you've been such a support. July they asked for the landing fee. Sept they asked for police clearance and medical july . They cancelled that letter and instead sent out a denial letter Sept 24th No interview - nothing - just marraige in their opinion...

. You really never know . My husband's were done Feb 2013. In Sept of 14 they extended them till Jan 15. In the notes it said there was nothing in the first medical to prevent him from entering under section 38. I dont believe they even look into it until the app's about to be finalized
