    I agree! We are getting married December 6th, but I am hoping that with the visitor visa he might be able to come back with me in December, at least for some time. Once he's here, we will start the sponsorship process. Good luck to you and have a great 2 weeks with your hubby!

    Actually, we changed the plans a little. We didn't want to 'waste' the visitor visa in November, so he will be applying next week, to come in December. I will post in a few weeks once we hear! :)

    TRV processing time question

    That seems almost too good to be true! Did you check the box that asks if you are giving someone else access to the application? As in, did you apply on behalf of your friend as his/her representative? Or just pretend that you were the friend?
