Congrats -- I also got my PPR this afternoon around 4 pm from Ottawa Office. I think it was transferred from CIO to there after DM.

When you did finger printing, if you put the address of CIO as destination instead of your own, the RCMP will send the certificat to CIO directly. When I did finger printing last time, they asked me if I would like the certificate send to me or to CIO directly. Coz I need my home country...

I sent an email to query the status. the auto-reply said it may takes 20 working days to get reply.

I think it may depends on the officer's style who prefer to update the status first or not. :)

JJ-C, How's your status of Decision made? Has it already changed?

My friend has same situation after the status was changed to decision made, he received his PPR, and he has not yet sent the passport.
