Hey @cherti, I've applied on the same NYC VAC office on September 9th. Sent additional documents and passport at September 14th. My application tracker still says "Your current application status is Application Received by the Visa Office - Under Consideration". Yeah, it's taking a lot of time.

Haha yes! I've also thought about the same workaround. If I change my contract to 37.5 instead of 40 hours/week, I get the desired result. However, I'm kind of afraid of that because most of my ads are posted asking for full-time (40h) applicants.
