For those asking Cohen's response on MR from LVO, they said that it should take 3-4 months, although they expect it sooner. Thats all they said.

LVO has queued 2013 PER applications for 3 - 4 months hold time for those in process. So dont expect MR anytime soon. This is my lawyers update (Cohen).

Received PER on July 25th, 2013. And my lawyer says file is still at CIO queued up to go to LVO. So just get back in line n play the waiting game.

PCCs are generally not asked for a second time, unless the person is high risk and its been more than a year since your last submission of PCC. Based on that, I'll say there's a 30% chance that they might ask you to provide another one. But I would be more accurate in my prediction if I knew...

The first stage, when CIO sorts out your application from NS, they will determine if you meet 67 points requirement. Only then do they send the PER. If your ECAS shows in process, that means you're already past 67 points.
