Thanks mazamilam, the letter indicates that I was invited under FSW. Like others, I considered myself primarily a CEC candidate before express entry came out.

I received an ITA in the 5th draw with a score of 514. I met criteria for both CEC and FSW. I'm filling out the application now but I do not see anything indicating if I was invited to apply under CEC or FSW. If someone knows how to tell I will get that information for the OP. Cheers
