Different people are in different situations and this could give a lot of greif to certain people in specific situations. Now if you really want to understand those specific situation then read all of the forums related to c-6 and you will come to know.

Hi All: I sent my passports on 18th and they received on 20th... the return tracker activated on 25th and I received the passports today 27th Feb. Once again thanks to all of the forum friends and I wish everyone in our batch get CoPR soon.
