According to the website the information is updated every three month. The last update was July 26th which was the last Friday in July. Since today is the last Friday in October (3 months later than July) I assume they will update the website either today or some time within the next week.

I have added you to the spreadsheet. Not for ND office. ND requests passports at the very beginning of processing. So for NDVO passport request is more like stage 2 AOR.

Within the next days they will update the processing times for Family Sponsorship in Vienna. Fingers crossed that worst case it stays at 12 month!

We received the SA via email and we where informed that we will not receive an actual letter beside the email.

The only update on our application is that eCAS finally shows 'Decision Made' on the sponsor application status. No AOR from the VO so far. But we only got SA last Thursday and yesterday was a holiday. So we are not expecting to get an AOR from the VO any time soon.

They will put your package into a DHL express envelope. But that is more or less just a plastic bag which is not a good way of sending documents. I recommend that you still put your application in a real document envelope which than gets put into the DHL express bag. That is how we sent our...

We used DHL Express International to send the application. Arrived CIC-M within 2 days. If you send it as a standard DHL Paket it may take weeks to arrive. I would recommend DHL Express International and sending it to the courier address. That's what we did.
