I was exactly in the same boat and I am going to take oath on Feb 06, 2020 in Scarborough. For Citizenship, I used IELTS General expired copy (which I didn't use for PR). I used CELPIP for PR.

Finally I received my oath invitation letter by mail ( received on 20th Jan) which was dated 10th Jan for the ceremony on 6th Feb in Scarborough. It took 10 days to receive the mail.

Please note that we need to hand over the PR card at the Oath Ceremony, They will verify the landing paper and return it back but not the PR card. If there is no PR card, you have to plan/think about how will be able to return to Canada from India on Indian Passport (without a PR card).

Thanks for the update. May I know when did you submit web form and when did you receive the reply? I want to know how long do they take to respond for web form requests? I just sent the web form.

I tried to reach out the call center to find out the missing notice about the oath. But the client Support Centre agents cannot take my call due to the issues at the call center. There is a maintenance message on the link below...

I am in the same boat as you for Scarborough location, even the oath dates are same. Let us wait for a week if we receive the letter by mail.

This is not AOR. This is the status in ECAS saying that IRCC isued AOR. You can call the Helpdesk and find out why there is no email for AOR from IRCC.

You are right, You cannot access ECAS before you receive AOR unless there is a glitch in the system. You can call the call center and explain the situation. They will verify in the system whether AOR is issued or not. You can request to send AOR if they haven't triggered from their end.

As per the privacy rules of the job, I cannot tell the exact job/role, but it is a job for which the Canadian Citizenship is mandatory( as mentioned in the government website). The same has been confirmed by the employer.
