Dear Toby If they are looking to 1 year experience in the last 3 years, shouldnt the date be Dec-1st(the date the application is received by CIC). The reason im asking is i worked under implied status (work permit) for few months and wanted to understand teh calculation of dates

Lets say if the employer reference letter is dated Nov.26th and i am planning to send my Dec 1st, what will the date be considered by CIC? Will it be Nov-26th or Dec-1st. Though i have 1 year experience by Nov-26th, just wanted to be doubly sure what date will be considered?
