There were no transcripts at ADR... The council sat there with pad of paper asked stupid questions that had nothing to do with VO's issues marked them down ... Then sent me out of room conversed with IAD rep for no more then three minutes... Called me back in to tell me full appeal believes me...

I totally agree Mrs. S .... They form their decisions based on their own opinions. I believe there should be set rules for these VO's. What gives them the right to insult and call us inappropriate things "sickly old woman who can't have children". Etc. they cross the line and need to realize...

Yes there is tribunal court in Calgary... My ADR is set for July 29th in Calgary N.E ... Documents to be sent to appeal board in Vancouver and a copy to CBSA in Calgary. Wishing everyone speedy reunion with loved ones.

As far as how long it will take, that depends on whether or not you are chosen for ADR or Appeal. I received notice of ADR in May set for July 29th and appealed September 2014. From what I have read a full Appeal notice could take 12-18 months. Stay strong, don't give up!!
