Yes , you are right , its an immigration not a visit visa , but there is no reason to hold passport for more then 40 days , i don't know what they are doing with the passports :( you are lucky man :) regards,

yes mostly pakistani pnp applicant who are waiting so long for their passport and posting on this thread are requested by efl , but who got request from other vo got their passport much faster thn us .. Disclaimer This is a personal opinion . Any views or opinions represented in this blog are...

If you received Medical request , hopefully it is accepted by VO ... i am also Provincial nominee and my ielts score is almost same like you . i.e average 6 don't worry your application is now in last stage that's why you receive MR ..... regards,
