I strongly vote for option #1... if you can accord it. I am a firm believer of getting local/ close to local (USA in this case) education. It always helps socially n professionally.

Finally I got AOR from NDVO. Just regular text with the pdf file dated 18th Oct...I still don't know what took 12 days to send that email. huh.

Thanks Javiya. I was looking at general tracker and seems there are lots of greens but my gut feel says people didnt bother to update the forum. I am more inclined to reference NDVO tracking list :)

I think you answered your queries indirectly but seems some part of your brain is in denial mode. Logically if they want to implement EOI in 2015, they would like to finish application backlog in 2014 rather than introducing new applicants. Hope that helps.

How many May applicants are still waiting for AOR from NDVO?

I think old FSW had different criteria/ process and FSW2013 is different. So it would be apple to oranges comparison except major issues like fake documents/ lack of funds etc.

So 2014 would a quiet year.

AFAIK GRE is not required for Canadian schools. IELTS (academic) is required though.

Looks like some error, I can assure you that if he hasn't submitted MR yet..they will ask him to do it soon.
