wel they sent an email to me that they are finalizing the process and they were confirming if i want to still receive the passport through my courier service. i did advice them right away and neva heard back from them afterward. they are just taking time as it seems like i have all the time in...

yes. they are working on ur application and verifying them. if some information is missing they will ask u for it.

i emailed them also but they dont seem to reply. i have my vacation next month 6th and i was hoping to go and get my wife that time. but the wait seems to get longer and longer

Thanks alot. i think after all those emails and queries to immigration finally paid of.. but i dont know how much more it will take. and to those who are still waiting. it will come through soon. its jus a test for patience that god has for us and we will get things when it is the right time...

ny idea if iam sponsering my wife from canada and she lives in fiji and the ecas changed to in process. how long will it take the sydney visa office to issue the visa as medical and police clearance were forwarded with the application

wel i would say that they are just buying time out of this. this just sucks. they think that we have money to spend ova and ova again on a single thing. they think we earn the same as them. they should "time and tide waits for no man". so the time we have lost who will cater for that.

thanks... so sydney office is not on strike...i thought they were on strike as well... this delay is killing me as i have plans to go forward in life get settled but it seems like others who are allocated to serve the public see their pocket only. if we go on strike and theres no revenue...

Well my application was lodged on 12 march to sponsor my wife to canada and my application was forwarded to sydney australia in april for final processing. now its been more than 5 months and i haven't got any feedback from them. they have changed the processing time from 8 months to 11 months...
